Typically a few weeks to a couple of months from excavation to handover, depending on size, access, the finishes you select and the weather. Summer storms through the Moreton Bay region can pause excavation and pouring, so we build a realistic weather allowance into the program. A concrete shell is poured and cured on site, so it asks more patience than a drop-in pool — that curing time is exactly what makes it last.
